A Strong Showing in Bremen

Fair Winds Collective Among the Top 3 at the MCN Cup.

The 18th of November 25 in Bremen marked an important milestone for us at Fair Winds Collective – and for me personally. At the MCN Cup, hosted by Maritime Cluster North, our project stood among a wide range of innovative maritime initiatives and advanced into the final round of the top three.

Being selected as one of the finalists was already a powerful signal. It showed that wind-powered propulsion and mission-zero thinking are no longer niche ideas — they are being taken seriously by the maritime industry.

Recognition Beyond the Trophy

Our work was recognized for its smart, sustainable, and future-minded implementation. That recognition belongs not only to the concept itself, but to the people behind it — our partners, collaborators, and the growing Fair Winds Collective community.

While we didn’t take home the final award, the respect, visibility, and quality of conversations we gained were incredibly valuable. They confirmed that our mission is resonating far beyond our own network.

A Clear Message on Stage

The message we shared resonated strongly throughout the room:

We’re not here for greenwashing — we’re here for mission zero, wind-powered propulsion, and practical solutions. And everyone who shares this vision is welcome.

That clarity sparked meaningful exchanges with maritime professionals, innovators, and business leaders. The conversations didn’t stop when the pitch ended — they continued in the room, over coffee, and in the connections that followed.

Gratitude and Forward Momentum

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all members and partners of Fair Winds Collective. Your dedication, expertise, and belief in this mission power every step we take forward.

We may not have left Bremen with a trophy – but we left with something deeper:
recognition, momentum, and a shared sense of purpose.

And that matters.

Together, we rock. šŸŒšŸ’™
