Fluent in German and English, Peggy thrives in collaborative, mission-driven settings that foster innovation, impact, and sustainable change.

Peggy founded the Fair Winds Collective (FWC), an international network of sustainable cargo vessels and maritime projects under sail. FWC promotes real climate action and rejects greenwashing. It supports collaboration through strategic connections, events, and a platform for sailing-based science, research, and education.
