It rustles, crackles, tango music runs in the background. Excited and with pleasure, we put sailed coffee on the shelves. We chat, laugh, philosophize. Katrin and I smiling bright, exchange with smell of coffee in the room. The adventures of my sailing advanture, across the Atlantic. What the Corona Crisis means, what has changed. We look back. When I left the solid ground under my feet to bring fair trade sailing coffee to Hamburg with the Avontuur, I didn't know anything about an impending pandemic, the shut-down. On land and at sea we were isolated, living partly in quarantine conditions, faced the drastic challenges.

We are all saving the world. Each of us is a piece of the puzzle, all together we shape the picture. A bright, rather than black, future for biodiversity and quality of life.
Two worlds, two women, two hearts. We both sweat, every day, looking out at the sun, tackling for the protection of our flora and fauna. It is sometimes sad, we too are sometimes desperate in the face of environmental destruction, but mostly it is an easy happy life. What could be more beautiful than living true friendship and doing good for our earth? We made our decision. Everyone can do this immediately, from now on: today for an earth with a better tomorrow. No way too long, too rocky.
One thing units us, we all want to live well. We want a clean environment, fair wages, healthy food. Consumption can be great, it can taste and do good. Thank you Café Chavalo, Jens Klein, thank you Timbercoast, Cornelius Bockermann. Thanks to everyone who are drinking good #sailedcoffee and support the path of #MissionZero!
